Departments and Student Organizations may request a Collection on iTunes U

 A collection is a series of events, discussions, or announcements that are updated on a regular basis.  Examples of a collection include the OSU Commencement Address collection or the OSU Libraries' Read Aloud podcasts.  These can be audio or video files as well as .pdf or ePub books.  To request an iTunes U Collection for your group, please contact MediaServices@osu.edu. Media Services will work with you to either link to your RSS feed or to create one for your media.

OSU faculty may request a Course on iTunes U

A Course is an easy way for faculty to distribute digital materials to students.  Faculty can distribute documents, video, audio, and images via iTunes U.

Accessing iTunes U

Access to iTunes U requires Apple's iTunes software. Download this application free of charge for PCs and Macs and follow the on-screen setup prompts the first time you launch iTunes.

Lauch iTunes U to go directly to Ohio State content

 

To reach Ohio State iTunes U directly using iTunes:

  1. Launch iTunes and click iTunes Store on the left side of the iTunes window.

  2. In the iTunes STORE menu at the upper left, choose iTunes U.

  3. Under FIND EDUCATION PROVIDERS in the left column, choose Universities & Colleges and locate Ohio State University in the alphabetized listing.
